When the indicator deploys a white cloud we consider it as a bullish trend signal. During an uptrend condition, the price will use the white cloud as dynamic support and a possible zone for retracements.

According to the trend-following trading strategy, we’ll look for buy signals when the price revisits the cloud zone during a bullish market trend.

Conversely, the blue cloud signals a bearish trend. When the indicator confirms a downtrend market, look for sell opportunities every time the price rejects the cloud zone as resistance.
