TDI with BB Trigger System

TDI with BB Trigger System is a complete trend trading system that includes Bollinger bands along with TDVI indicator and BB trigger. It also includes support and resistance level which works as target and stop loss level for the long and short trades. Bollinger Bands helps to identify the trend and volatility whereas TDVI used for filtering the wrong trades out of the trading system.

Bollinger bands are very helpful in trend identification. The middle line in the Bollinger band is nothing but the Moving average and then the formula of standard deviation is used to calculate the upper and lower band.

If the price is trading above the middle band it’s a bull trend and if the price is trading below the middle line of the band then the trend is bearish. If bands are narrow then its indication that the volatility is less.

TDVI is also based on Moving Averages of RSI and Bollinger Bands. RSI is a momentum indicator and Moving averages are trend indicators. In TDVI Moving averages are applied on momentum indicator instead of price.

If Moving averages are below the middle yellow line then it confirms the bearish trend and if moving averages are above the middle line yellow then it confirms the bullish trend on the charts.

BB Trigger is used as a confirmation indicator and if the red line is above the yellow line then it confirms that bulls are stronger than bears and if the yellow line is above the red line then it confirms that bears are dominating the bulls.

Crossover on BB Trigger is used as a trigger for taking a new long or short position.BB trigger should be used in conjunction with the Bollinger bands and TDVI indicator.

Pivot levels are also used in this trading system to stop loss and target selection. The benefit of the pivot level is that it’s a helpful inappropriate stop loss and target selection in low and high volatility environments without any confusion.

In low volatility, pivot gives a small target and stop loss, and in high volatility stop loss and target, levels are also wide. Pivot levels are also used as support and resistance zones.
