TS Money Flow Trading System

Ts Money Flow trading system is short term Forex trading system designed to capture the trend in the forex market. This trading system consists of Long Term moving averages, support and resistance Bands, Pivot Points, and AO Zotic indicator which filter the wrong trade out of this trading system. Trading Pullbacks in the shorter time frame when a higher time frame is trending can be a very profitable trading strategy for Forex Market.

TS Money Flow Trading System Overview

An exponential moving average of 250 is used in this trading system to identify the main trend of the price action.EMA is more sensitive as compare to SMA since it gives more importance to recent price action.

If the price is trading above the EMa and the slope of EMA is uptrend price is in an uptrend and if the price is trading below the EMA and the slope of EMA is down then the market is in a downtrend.

Bands are created by using a very long-term moving average and the slope of such bands also confirms the trend. Bands also provide support and resistance level for the price action and in this trading system, bands are used for taking entry for the trades.

Short-term pivot levels are also plotted which are based on last day open high close and it is used for placing stop loss and targets for the trades.

AO Zotic indicator is used as a confirmation indicator for taking the trades. If all the lines in the AO Zotic indicator are below the zero level then traders should look for sell trades and if all the lines are above zero level then traders should look for long trades.

• Price should trade above the EMA and the Slope of EMa should be rising.
• The slope of Bands should be rising and the price must give breakout from the band.
• Pivot points below the entry-level can be used as stop loss and pivot above the entry-level can be used as .target.
• All lines in the AO Zotic indicator should be above zero levels.

TS Money Flow: Sell conditions

• Price should trade below the EMA and the Slope of EMA should be down.
• The slope of Bands should be down and the price must give a breakdown from the band.
• Pivot points below the entry-level can be used as stop loss and pivots above the entry-level can be used as a target.
• All lines in the AO Zotic indicator should be above zero levels.
